Product only gift card
When I purchased this gift card I was not aware it could only go towards products and I don’t use any of the products sold at the store.

I wanted to purchase a gift card for my daughter . I accidentally bought an online gift card instead of a salon gift card. The customer service rep. was not able to help me change the gift card I purchased to the one that I wanted. So now I am stuck with $100 of merchandise I don't want and won't use. Be careful in dealing with the online site and customer service. I think it is underhanded that I was told the two platforms don't interact.
