Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. 

When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and process your order. Holidays may extend processing time by 1-2 business days. 

What types of shipping do you offer?
For orders in the U.S. - Standard Shipping is Free on all Orders. Please allow up to 10 business days to complete delivery if Standard Shipping is chosen.

The following upgraded shipping methods are also available.

*Please allow for a few additional days in transit when the order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Where can I find my tracking information?
You can find tracking information of your order in your account or in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

What is your return policy?
In the event you would like to return your product, please email hello@paloma-beauty.com with your order numbers, email address and exact shipping address and we will be happy to refund any unused/new products in their original packaging less a $12 shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Can I return a product if I have already opened it?
Used/opened products may not be returned. 

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If any items are destroyed or damaged when you receive your order, email hello@paloma-beauty.com with your order number and a photo of the items that are damaged, including damaged shipping boxes, and we will gladly send you a replacement. 

My package arrived without a return slip, how can I get one? 
Our packages do not include return slips. Please email hello@paloma-beauty.com for assistance and you will be emailed a return slip. 

How are refunds processed?
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive a notification with your refund information once it is processed.
